We (Our Client) are currently on a hunt for a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join their team in Houston, MA.
Here are exiting responsibilities..
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 3+ years of relevant business experience (Investment banking experience preferred)
- Expert Skills in Excel
- Support transactions throughout the deal lifecycle, including financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence.
- Perform valuation and analysis of transaction targets, identification, and valuation of synergies and developing transaction budgets.
- Support management in assessing the strategic fit of acquisition targets including managing the corporate approval process.
