About the Role

Sigma, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Learning Technical Trainer II to join our team in Irving, TX. This on-site position plays a key role in designing, developing, and delivering business systems training programs to support enterprise applications and organizational learning goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging training programs, supporting enterprise systems such as Infor, Kronos, Concur, and Office 365, and collaborating with internal teams to drive user adoption and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and conduct standardized training programs for enterprise business systems.
  • Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions to super users and end users across departments.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for ERP and other business systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials, user guides, and online learning modules.
  • Build, maintain, and test the training environment to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of training content for system upgrades, new applications, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective learning delivery and smooth implementation of business systems.
  • Communicate project status updates, system capabilities, and learning outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and improve learning delivery processes to enhance user experience and training effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical training, instructional design, or enterprise systems education.
  • Hands-on experience with Infor, Kronos, Concur, and Office 365 preferred.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other learning delivery tools.
