CSI Companies is seeking a seeking a detail?oriented Learning Technical Trainer II to plan, develop, and deliver standardized business systems training for our healthcare client. Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm CST
Location: Onsite - Irving, TX 75039 with travel to New Mexico
Pay: $30-41/hour based on relevant experience, education, and credentials
Position Type: Consultant Job Summary:
As a Learning Technical Trainer II, you'll train and support super users and end users for ERP (Infor), Kronos, Concur, Microsoft 365, and other designated applications, maintain curriculum and the training environment, and deliver engaging, measurable learning solutions. What you'll do:

  • Prepare and manage the learning environment; align objectives to learner needs; deliver and facilitate training.
  • Build and maintain the training environment; develop instructional content.
  • Apply evaluation strategies and learning analytics.
  • Communicate status updates and partner effectively with teams.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs, must have extensive in-person and virtual software training
  • Strongly preferred: ERP training experience (Infor); LCMS experience
  • Ability to travel as needed to New Mexico
