Sub Teacher Source is a leading staffing agency that provides qualified Substitute Teachers to school districts. Our mission is to ensure students continue receiving quality education when their regular teachers are unavailable.We are hiring dependable Substitute Teachers available on Mondays and Fridays to support our partner schools during their highest-demand days.
Position: On-Call Substitute Teacher (Mondays & Fridays)
Benefits:

- Eligible for additional assignments throughout the week
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunity to work in various schools and grade levels
- Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent, primarily on Mondays and Fridays
- Deliver and follow lesson plans prepared by the regular teacher
- Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to various grade levels and classroom settings
- Follow district and school policies
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Prior teaching or substitute experience is a plus
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible
