Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your technical expertise to efficiently diagnose and repair a broad range of vehicles.
  • Enhance your skills and experience working with various domestic and foreign automobile models.
  • Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Collaborate with team members to quickly address and resolve guest concerns.
  • Adhere to and promote our stringent standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any vehicle issues or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow technicians to troubleshoot, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
  • Ability to meet or exceed productivity goals.
  • Strong aptitude for continuing education and skill development.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Desire to pursue a long-term career in the automotive industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds as necessary.
  • Comfortable working with tools on vehicles positioned overhead.
  • Capable of working in constrained spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Manual dexterity to effectively use hand tools.
  • Willingness to stand and walk throughout the workday.
  • Able to operate vehicles with manual transmissions.
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems for diagnostics and communication.
