Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles utilizing your extensive knowledge and skills.
  • Gain hands-on experience with a variety of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to swiftly address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding vehicle issues.
  • Work harmoniously with fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to obtain them.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
  • Able to meet or exceed performance goals regularly.
  • Willingness to learn and expand your skills and knowledge.
  • Professional appearance paired with excellent communication skills.
  • A strong interest in long-term career growth and stability.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing over 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Capable of working with tools while reaching overhead.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
  • Good dexterity for efficient use of hand tools.
  • Ability to stand or walk for most of the workday.
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems.
