ABOUT THIS PLUMBING SALES REP JOB

At Prostar Services, Inc., we understand the importance of work-life balance. That's why this position offers a Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule, giving you evenings and weekends free to spend time doing what you love.

From the moment you start your day, you're focused on building relationships and providing top-tier service. You meet with homeowners and business owners, assessing their plumbing needs and educating them on the best products and services available. Through clear communication, you develop and present tailored proposals that fit their budget and preferences. As you guide clients through the decision-making process, you ensure a smooth and stress-free experience by coordinating with plumbers and installation teams. Your success is measured not only in sales but in the trust and satisfaction of your clients. Staying up to date with industry trends and regulations, you position yourself as a knowledgeable expert, making every interaction a step toward long-term customer relationships.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in plumbing, sales, or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
