- Technical School Degree or 5 years' experience in one of the following electrical, plumbing, or HVAC fields.
- Minimum Experience
- 5 years' experience as a maintenance worker in an institutional or industrial setting required.
- Required Registration/License/Certification
- Driver's License
- Preferred Education
- Certification or License in one of the following: Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC fields.
