Join the Camping World team as a Customer Service Specialist and become an essential part of our thriving service department In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking repair services. Your proactive approach and outstanding customer service skills will ensure that clients feel informed and supported throughout their service experience. This position offers the chance to earn a competitive income through an uncapped commission structure, rewarding your commitment and sales acumen.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers to identify their specific service needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Promote additional services and upsell products to enhance customer transactions.
- Prepare and provide price estimates for repairs before scheduling appointments.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to keep them updated on the progress of their service requests.
What You Need to Succeed:
- At least one year of relevant service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with RV products or the camping lifestyle is advantageous.
- Comfortable working on a computer and conducting internet research.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adherence to established department procedures and policies.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- The ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance when necessary.
- Willingness to engage in prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
Compensation Overview:
Our compensation plan is competitive and considers various factors, including skills, experience, and training. Generally, the total estimated annual compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 or more.
