Job Description: JBW Federal is seeking an OCO Cyber Instructor/Developer to support cyber-related knowledge and qualifications. This includes expertise in command line interfaces across various operating systems, host/network analysis, forensic analysis, scripting languages, terrain mapping, network fundamentals, and familiarity with cyberspace defense actions supporting USCYBERCOM and the 39th IOS at Joint Base San Antonio, TX.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support course planning, development, and curriculum auditing in accordance with applicable training requirements.
- Develop and revise training documentation, utilizing models like ADDIE and Bloom's taxonomy.
- Assist in training systems requirements analysis, task analysis, and curriculum development.
- Work with SMEs and external agencies to incorporate new information into courses.
- Review technical documents and manuals to ensure effective training enablement.
- Assess training needs and recommend curriculum improvements.
- Operate LMS platforms such as Moodle or Question Mark for test administration and student management.
- Perform curriculum quality assurance and update courseware documentation.
- Develop e-learning products and virtual training environments.
- Assist in records management and student performance assessment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of cyber-related experience
- 5-8 years of expeditionary/tactical communications experience
- IAT/M Level III certification
- 200+ instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD Certification
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS; must have or acquire a passport within 60 days
- Top Secret/SCI clearance
