Licensed Vocational Nurse

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in our clinic, you'll play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients under the guidance of our physicians and registered nurses. This is not just a job; it's a chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver essential patient care, including obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, and performing specimen collections (phlebotomy as applicable).
- Support our medical providers in examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Ensure efficient patient flow and assist in scheduling tests, processing results, and managing pre-certification.
- Document patient information accurately and assist providers with medication refills.
- Administer medications and immunizations as directed by the healthcare provider.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in exam rooms and equipment following established protocols.
- Perform routine clerical duties, including chart management, filing, and form completion.
- Engage in ongoing training and adhere to the required meetings.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team effectively.
Requirements:
- CERT LVN License in the state of employment or compact licensing eligible
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Work Type: Full Time
