Join Our Caring Team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide exceptional nursing care to our clinic patients. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with providers to ensure quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer general nursing care and treatments in line with nursing standards.
  • Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and tests.
  • Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reactions to medications, and treatments.
  • Facilitate appointment bookings, prioritizing emergencies effectively.
  • Prepare patients for physical exams and collect vital information.
  • Instruct patients regarding sample collection and testing procedures.
  • Perform tasks such as obtaining vital signs, initial assessments, and preparation for hospital transfers.
  • Manage telephone orders, test results, and prescription refills in accordance with provider instructions.

In this role, you will also:

  • Maintain patient charts and documentation in compliance with established protocols.
  • Prepare and restock examination rooms.
  • Attend meetings and participate in committees to enhance your professional development.
  • Implement practices in line with HIPAA to protect patient confidentiality.
  • Uphold the mission and values of our organization throughout your work.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Valid LVN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
  • BLS certification.
