We are actively hiring for Business Analyst

Florida

W2 Candidates only

Note: Client is looking for someone with Business Analyst and product owner experience and in UAT

Must have excellent analytical skills and at least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation and participate in definition of strategies for the technical solution

Experience documenting detailed functional and technical requirements for business requirements

Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied

Provides support to UAT and SIT testers to clarify requirements and determine whether a defect is a new requirement, or truly a defect

Ability to communicate and work with Testers to ensure that test plans and scripts satisfy the requirements

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions

Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision

Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities

Working knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA

6+ years practical agile experience

Experience in being a Product Owner OR working closely with Product Owner to define business needs

Business Analyst experience in converting business need into epics and stories

Experience refining business processes

Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with both technical and business team members with ease
