5+ Years Business analyst experience

Experience working with Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau) is strongly preferred

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities. Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Process Mapping: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to define system specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for stakeholders and development teams, including user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth. Help guide decision-making by providing insights based on data analysis.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by creating test cases, helping execute tests, and ensuring the final product meets business requirements.
