Senior Tax Technology Analyst

Tax Technology Analyst - Manufacturing (Hybrid, South Charlotte)

A growing manufacturing company in South Charlotte is seeking a Tax Technology professional to enhance and manage their tax systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OneSource and a strong understanding of tax compliance processes.

Role Overview:

• Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of OneSource ERP for tax functions.
• Partner with finance, tax, and IT teams to streamline workflows and improve automation and reporting.
• Assist with state and local tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
• Provide technical guidance on tax provision, compliance, and reporting processes.
• Maintain documentation, train end-users, and support ongoing process improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

• CPA preferred
• Public accounting experience (especially big4), preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with OneSource
• 2+ years of experience in tax technology or corporate tax systems.
• Knowledge of state compliance processes preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
