Description

Renewal is seeking the right individual to fill our open Account Executive Position. Here at Renewal we place an emphasis on serving clients with excellent and accurate service. We are seeking a candidate with strong finance and excel skills as well as knowledge surrounding the underwriting process for benefit plans.

The Account Executive will be responsible for preparing both fully insured and self insured renewals for clients as well as sourcing alternate quotes from insurance markets. This position will require a strong attention to detail and working knowledge of insurance underwriting principals.

Renewal has established values and mindsets that drive how we interact with clients. Equally as important, we want someone who will fit with our culture internally. Through our work, Renewal and its team members' goal is to make champions out of our clients and co-workers.

Requirements

  • Managing relationship with clients to maintain desired client retention levels
  • Help Clients plan strategic initiatives in line with their overall operational goals
  • Coordinating Renewals and Quoting Policies for New and Existing Clients
  • Analyzing and preparing claims data reports for clients
  • Managing the marketing process for clients before renewal
  • Presenting renewal quotes and alternatives to clients preceding renewal decision
  • Coordinating with both self insured and fully insured markets during renewal cycle
  • Negotiation of insurance rates on behalf of clients
  • Coordination with account service and compliance teams
  • Staying up to date with Insurance Carriers' underwriting guidelines and plan designs
  • Keeping Files and Data in Accordance with Renewal SOP's
