**Position: Senior Engineer - Civil (Land Development)**

**Location: Seattle

Job Description:

Ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background in civil engineering, including expertise in project management, coordinating multidisciplinary efforts, creating site layouts, designing grading plans, managing stormwater facilities, ensuring water quality, and implementing site utilities. Preference will be given to those with experience in public utility projects and familiarity with the Seattle Area.

This position offers the exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of technical proposals and to play a leading role in marketing efforts targeting commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. Additionally, you will play a key role in building, managing, and mentoring a talented team of civil engineering professionals within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  • Washington Civil Engineer (P.E.) registration required
  • Minimum of ten years of professional experience
  • Experience collaborating with local architectural/engineering community is a strong plus
  • Experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft office and other software is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Client management skills
  • Experience serving as a prime consultant is a plus
  • Experience with zoning entitlements and permit procurement is a plus

Expected annual salary of $104,000 - $150,000.
