Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Worker to join our team at a large data center. This role involves performing essential cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, and trash removal in office spaces, common areas, and the data center itself. The position also includes cleaning restrooms and occasionally working outside to perform trash removal.

Responsibilities

  • Perform sweeping, dusting, and mopping in assigned areas.

  • Remove trash from office spaces, common areas, and the data center.

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms.

  • Occasionally work outside to manage trash removal.

Essential Skills

  • At least 6 months of experience in janitorial, housekeeping, general production, warehouse, food service, or manufacturing.

  • Basic knowledge of floor care.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in floor care is a plus.

Work Environment

This position operates during the 2nd shift from 2 pm to 10:30 pm and 3rd shift from 10 pm to 6:30am, with the possibility of some overtime as needed. Work in a large, brand new data center that is still under construction in Mount Pleasant. Steel toe or composite toe boots are required for safety.

Shifts are 5 days a week Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.

Starting pay is $16.50/hr.

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
