Your Responsibilities

* Identify prospective healthcare candidates utilizing our exclusive platform in conjunction with your existing network

* Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest

* Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations

* Follow up diligently with leads to cultivate interest and assist in their hiring journey

* Maintain precise and current records within our applicant tracking system

* Receive commission based on meetings you set, interviews held, and hires made from your leads

Compensation
