Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise as a Commercial Roofing Estimator to perform accurate take-offs, compile bids, and generate detailed proposals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely and precise proposal submissions.
  • Apply your experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator to analyze drawings, site data, and project scopes for cost accuracy.
  • Prepare bids, review contracts, and ensure compliance with company procedures and project goals.
  • Develop submittal packages, manufacturer guarantees, and coordinate change order estimates.
  • Participate in pre-construction and project kick-off meetings to ensure seamless execution.
  • Leverage your skills as a Commercial Roofing Estimator to monitor project budgets, timelines, and final close-out activities.
  • Review completed projects to assess estimated vs. actual costs for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator, with at least 5 years in commercial roofing.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, roofing systems, materials, and manufacturers’ requirements.
  • Ability to analyze blueprints, plans, and project proposals accurately.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software (Edge preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
