  • Excellent communication skills to deliver effective product demonstrations to end users. (must have)
  • Ability to collect feedback and collaborate with Tech and Product teams. (must have)
  • Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities for process improvement and product enhancement. (must have)
  • Take ownership of tasks and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. (must have) Proficient in Jira for creating and managing user stories for the product. (must have)
  • Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis purposes. (good to have)
  • Interpret data patterns and trends to inform product decisions and strategies. (good to have)
  • Basic knowledge of cloud technology and understanding of data services and their flow. (good to have)"
