Senior Account Manager

Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Account Manager with experience in IT staffing sales to manage and grow a high-impact client in the Bay Area. This client is one of the largest and most influential companies in the global technology sector, known for innovation in consumer electronics, software, and digital services.
This is a high-visibility role with an established Fortune 50 client account, offering a chance to deepen relationships and expand staffing partnerships across technical and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow key account relationships within a Fortune 50 technology client
- Develop and execute account strategy to expand staffing services across departments
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT professionals
- Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to assess satisfaction and forecast hiring needs
- Identify new opportunities within the client ecosystem and present value-added solutions
- Drive revenue growth through new project wins, upselling, and client retention
- 3-7+ years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruiting/sales
- Proven success managing large enterprise or Fortune 500 clients
- Strong understanding of IT roles (engineering, infrastructure, project management, etc.)
- Skilled in consultative selling and navigating complex org structures
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
