Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Assess and triage patient/family needs while actively participating in the interdisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with supervising/attending physicians to deliver compliant, quality care in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
  • Gather medical histories, perform physical exams, and manage diagnostic and therapeutic plans.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment options, potential side effects, and discharge plans collaboratively with the care team.
  • Provide psychosocial support to patients and their families with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year of infertility experience is required.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of APP experience and experience in Women's Health.
  • Must have or be in the process of obtaining an active, unrestricted CT medical license.
  • ACLS/BLS certification (as required).
  • DEA License.
