Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center is seeking dedicated Surgical Technologists to support our surgical teams delivering innovative and compassionate patient care. As a part of Wisconsin's largest hospital, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the operating room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment ensuring optimal patient care.
  • Utilize aseptic techniques for surgical procedures, including gowning, gloving, and instrument passing.
  • Assist with patient positioning, transporting, and maintaining surgical equipment.
  • Function as Second Assistant when required, supporting the surgical team effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the disinfection and safety of the operating room.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program is required.
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is necessary within 6 months of hire.
  • No experience necessary; we welcome entry-level candidates.
