Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Source and screen candidates to match client requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Provide clients with expert advice on market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales and recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the database.
- Attend networking events to build professional relationships and promote services.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
- A background in sales, recruitment, or a related field within the business services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving goals.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and systems.
- Competitive salary ranging from $60000 to $85000 USD annually.
