About Our Client

Michael Page is one of the world's leading professional recruitment consultancies, specializing in the placement of candidates in permanent, contract, temporary and interim positions with clients around the world. We have over 75 people sitting out of the Chicago office and offer direct access to leadership, continued training and clear promotion paths for each consultant. On top of this, we offer WFH flexibility, sabbatical after 2 years of service and uncapped quarterly commission.

Job Description
  • Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment.
  • Advise and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintain a candidate database.
  • Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or project.
  • Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  • Manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond.
  • Offer resume, interview and general career advice.
  • Network to build market intel that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
  • Other projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
  • 1+ years relevant experience; previous staffing or sales experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated; detail-oriented.
