What You'll Do:

  • Greet and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
  • Develop strong relationships and ensure a world-class customer experience
  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM system
  • Stay up to date on inventory, product knowledge, promotions, and competitive comparisons
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining high CSI scores
What We're Looking For:
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous automotive or retail sales experience is a plus-but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
