SIGN ON BONUS of $2000 for eligible external candidates & $1000 for eligible internal candidates. Paid in 2 increments: The first installment following 90 days of continuous employment. The second installment following 180 days of employment.

This position requires door-to-door sales. Applicants must reside in the Chesapeake, Virginia area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and drive sales through prospecting, referrals, and effective door-to-door canvassing.
  • Build strong relationships with homeowner associations, multi-dwelling unit managers, leasing agents, and other key partners.
  • Conduct personalized face-to-face sales presentations, from initial assessment to closing the deal.
  • Assist in training new hires and collaborate with various departments to explore new growth strategies.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to optimize customer engagement opportunities.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards while representing the brand and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

As a key player in our customer loyalty-focused team, you're set to earn a competitive annual salary with the potential to reach $62,522, including a base salary starting at $30,000 and target commissions of $2708 per month. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; up to 2 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Ability to qualify for necessary certifications and licenses for home security sales.
  • Proficient in using a smartphone, iPad, and computer.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Capability to walk 1.5 miles or more daily and navigate stairs regularly.
  • Able to carry an iPad and light marketing materials for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established local market knowledge and contacts.
  • 1+ years of experience in outside sales or door-to-door sales with quota responsibilities.
  • Experience in residential direct sales, home security, or telecommunications industries.

Compensation ranges from USD 26,800.00 - 40,200.00 per year, plus an annual incentive/commission target of $32,496.00.
