Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a Program Manager in Supply Chain Management, where you will lead business operations for retail supply chain planning. You will manage a team of demand planners, supply planners, and inventory analysts, providing top-notch services in forecasting, ordering, replenishment, and inventory management. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our clients' supply chain operations are efficient and effective.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Must have experience in Project Management Program Management
- Must have 10+ years experience in retail supply chain planning functions, including forecasting, DC ordering, store replenishment, seasonal promotions planning, allocation, and inventory management
- Familiarity with warehousing processes
- Ability to work with senior customer leadership to report on performance and collaborate on upcoming events/initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, self-starter
- Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customer leadership and various departments to drive issue resolution, reach agreements, and collaborate on strategic initiatives
- Ability to create impactful presentations to articulate key messages to internal and customer leadership
