Position Overview
We are in search of a Program Manager who is passionate about driving growth and delivering excellence in Managed Service Provider (MSP) Programs. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel (up to 30%) to client sites as necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships with existing public sector clients.
- Oversee comprehensive program delivery for all public sector accounts, ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
- Drive operational excellence in program delivery by optimizing processes and resources to efficiently meet client demands.
- Collaborate closely with vertical leads to align regional strategies with industry trends and client requirements.
- Manage the regional Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring financial targets are achieved and operational costs are effectively controlled.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in state governments and public sector agencies.
- Provide mentorship to State Account Managers, fostering a high-performance team environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or business development within the staffing industry, specifically targeting public sector clients.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex client programs.
- In-depth understanding of public sector procurement processes and contracting.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform job functions consistent with ADA and other regulations.
- Sedentary role involving prolonged sitting, with occasional movement for meetings.
- Capability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer, including using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
The salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and education.
