Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive home inspections from attic to crawl space
  • Establishing trust by clearly explaining findings and suggesting optimal treatment options
  • Closing sales by highlighting the value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin's services
  • Coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad
  • Working autonomously, managing your schedule, and maximizing leads and self-generated opportunities
  • Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the process

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management is required
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Ability to acquire the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days (company provided)
  • Capability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limit
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortably access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when necessary
