As a Wholesale Product Specialist, your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and effectively address any concerns while remaining knowledgeable about product features and visual standards.
In this role, you will engage directly with customers, including minors, and handle various payment methods, electronic equipment, and store merchandise. To maintain the safety and integrity of our operations and community, a review of criminal history will be conducted.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting suitable products.
- Build trusting relationships with wholesale customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with policies.
- Consistently meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain detailed work order files and formulas.
- Retrieve and prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and arrange product displays.
- Keep store equipment clean and operational.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Participate in making deliveries as required.
- Maintain an organized and presentable store environment.
- Stay informed about product offerings and discuss options with customers.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Propose ideas to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
