Wholesale Product Specialist

Join our team as a Wholesale Product Specialist, where you will play a vital role in serving our commercial paint customers. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions with Sherwin-Williams products. Your ability to resolve customer concerns promptly will be key in ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
This part-time position requires you to work within 10 miles of Store #721139, located at: 606 N 210th St. Elkhorn, NE 68022. Starting pay is $16.66 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist customers both in-person and on the phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with wholesale customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain organized work order files and accurately track product formulations.
- Manage product display, shelf stocking, and store cleanliness.
- Tint and mix specialized products as per customer specifications.
- Help with deliveries and loading/unloading of delivery trucks as needed.
- Stay informed about product offerings and effectively communicate available options to customers.
- Work collaboratively to suggest improvements that enhance sales performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Authorization to work in the country without needing visa sponsorship.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- If currently employed by Sherwin-Williams, must have a performance rating of at least meets expectations (3).
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of experience in retail, customer service, or delivery roles.
- Experience in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus.
