The Childbirth Center has a leadership opportunity for and L&D experienced nurse. We are looking for someone who is interested in growing their career as an Assistant Nurse Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
include but not limited to
- Lead clinical practice, education, and management as delegated by and in collaboration with the nurse manager
- Promote delivery of quality nursing care
- Clinical resources for patient care and staff competency
- Education, supervision, mentorship, and evaluation of staff
- Assist with ongoing unit daily operations
- Support staff with orientation, evaluation, clinical problem solving, communication, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Support to the unit management team for the assurance of clinical workforce ongoing development and retention
- The autonomy to practice to highest level of license
- 90% Day shift (36hrs.Weekly)
- Two or more years in as an L&D.
- Have/Obtain a RN license to practice in Washington state or MSL.
- Charge Nurse
- Bachelor of Science BSN
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience can subsite for required education.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details
Pay Range Minimum:
$49.23 hourly
Pay Range Maximum:
$90.33 hourly
Other Compensation:
$10,000 sign on bonusBSN premium $1.00/hrCertification premium $1.25/hrWeekend shift differential $4.00/hr.Relocation availableOvertime pay
