We are seeking a talented Gen AI Developer (Python) to join our onsite team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions, leveraging modern frameworks and Python programming to drive innovation and deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models and applications using Python.
- Work with large datasets to build, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Develop scalable, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Integrate AI models into production systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML and Generative AI tools, techniques, and frameworks.
- Strong Python development expertise.
- Practical experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Knowledge of ML/LLM lifecycle - from data preprocessing and training to deployment and monitoring.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
- Exposure to API design, development, and integration.
