Gen AI Engineers

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 1. Fundamental knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP concepts 2. Ability to apply AI/ML theories to practical business use cases. 3. Proficiency in Python programming language 4. Experience writing reusable, efficient, and testable code. 5. Experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot) 6. Understanding of code generation and AI-assisted development. 7. Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 8. Experience deploying or integrating models in a cloud environment. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 10. Ability to break down complex problems and build practical solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities Technical and Business POC validation

1. Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch 2. Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) 3. Basic understanding of model evaluation metrics (precision, recall, etc.) 4. Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques 5. Exposure to Java-based AI integrations or backend development

Salary Range- $60,000-$100,000 a year
