ServiceNow CMDB/Snow Mirror Data Modeler

Required Technical Skill Set
- Proficient in data model design for CMDB including design of entity relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries.
- Proficient in reporting and analysis, particularly with respect to CMDB quality and process compliance
- Strong knowledge in ServiceNow CMDB back-end database
- Strong knowledge on Snow Mirror database configuration
- Strong knowledge on Snow Mirror data replication
- Experience in building data models for ServiceNow CMDB Data Model
- Experience in migrating ServiceNow CMDB data to external database
- Experience in mapping ServiceNow Application fields to back-end databases
- Strong knowledge in writing page long complex SQL/Snowflake queries to join 20+ tables from CMDB/Snow Mirror database to create denormalized layer for reporting.
- Strong data modelling experience for Analytical and Reporting Layer for BI and Big data environments
- Should be well versed working in Agile methodology.
- Very Good communication skill.

Must-Have
- Knowledgeable of industry best practices and trends for CMDB and configuration management
- Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB backend database Schema
- Understanding of the relationships in ServiceNow CMDB database
- Strong experience in building Snow Mirror database, building reports from it.
- Strong data modelling experience
- Experience in migrating ServiceNow CMDB data to database
- Experience in querying and analyzing ServiceNow CMDB back end
- Strong SQL experience
- ER diagram and data model validation
- Reporting knowledge
- CMDB data cleaning and Operational knowledge
- Understanding of how CMDB is customized in an organization.
- AWS knowledge
- RDS knowledge.
