DMI, LLC is seeking a Installation Coordinatorto join us. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports PC, Mac, and Laptop expertise needed to perform the duties of this position
• Duties include some or all of the following: receiving assets, moving equipment within and/or between facilities, staging equipment for build/image activity, interviewing clients as part of pre-deployment asset discovery, executing equipment replacement activity, updating asset management system to reflect work performed, monitoring daily activity, installing and maintaining PC hardware and software, preparing assets for disposition, other administrative duties
• Responsible for all deployment, downloads, and doing local installations
• Experience with computer support, including deployment
• Experience with computing hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Experience in managing incoming and outgoing assets, including preparing systems for deployment and customized configuration

Education and Years of Experience:  

• Leads other subject matter experts of the IT technology team for specific customers, evaluates design and architecture issues, as well as increases integration of services delivered, and researches current market technologies to design cost-effective solutions that meet current and foreseeable customer requirements
• New hires must have or complete the required certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent) within 90 days of their start date.
• Security+ or equivalent is required upon hire for Tier 2, Tier 3, and technical roles.
