Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting in various surgical procedures while meticulously preparing the operating room
- Safeguarding sterile environments and adhering to stringent infection control measures
- Providing instruments and supplies to the surgical team with precision
- Managing and preparing surgical equipment before, during, and after operations
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring everything is ready for each scheduled surgery
- Collaborating effectively with nurses, anesthesiologists, and all surgical staff for seamless patient care
- Maintaining accurate counts and comprehensive documentation throughout surgical processes
- Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required
- BLS certification (or the willingness to obtain within 90 days of hiring)
- Comprehensive knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures across various specialties
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in high-pressure environments
