Description:
The Med Surg Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
The role involves supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
The Med Surg Registered Nurse is accountable for supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
The position requires maintaining competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
