Description:
The Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
This role involves the supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
The registered nurse is accountable for supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
This position requires competency in clinical staff management and effective resource management related to patient care.
