As a Senior Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging with customers and highlighting brands through live events and sampling experiences. You will also assist leadership with essential tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down events, and aiding in the onboarding process for new team members.

About You:
- You thrive in friendly, enthusiastic interactions with customers and management
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are available 4 or more days a week, including Sunday and Monday
- You can lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for up to 6 hours
- You are comfortable with preparing, cooking, and cleaning your work area and equipment
- You have reliable transportation to and from the work location
- You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- You are a motivated self-starter with a strong drive for results
- You can work independently while also building successful team dynamics
- You can perform job duties with a strong focus on safety in a retail environment
