Superior Mechanical provides businesses with commercial HVAC systems that regulate temperature, filter air, and provide comfort in the largest facilities. Our systems can ensure that your air meets precise temperature, humidity, and quality requirements at any level.
We are currently looking to grow our Team with a Commercial Experienced Service Technician who would work in Fayetteville.
Job Summary: Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC and related equipment as assigned. Assume day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $45.00/hour- Depending on Experience
Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday - 7:30 am - 5/5:30 pm. In addition to being on the on-call schedule rotation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Commercial HVAC Service
- EPA Universal
- Advanced Customer Service skills/communications skills
- Time Management skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Proven ability to manage/lead others
- Valid Drivers license and insurable
