Caregiver/Med Tech

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Managers/Med Techs to join our team and provide exceptional care during the 3rd shift. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others and who thrive in an overnight setting. No CNA certification is required for this position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Administer prescribed medications to residents accurately and in compliance with facility protocols.
- Document all care provided and monitor residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.
- Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere by building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a caregiver, med tech, or related role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow medication administration protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Working Conditions:**

- Work primarily on the 3rd shift, with hours typically falling between late evening and early morning.
- Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as needed.
