En tant qu'ingénieur gestionnaire d'interface, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la gestion des interfaces techniques sur des projets ferroviaires multidisciplinaires. Votre principale responsabilité sera d'assurer une intégration harmonieuse entre les travaux civils, les systèmes MEP, la signalisation, les télécommunications, le matériel roulant et les systèmes opérationnels, tout en maintenant la conformité aux normes industrielles et à la gouvernance du projet.
Responsabilités

Développer et maintenir des documents de contrôle d'interface (ICD) les caractéristiques fonctionnelles, physiques et environnementales.

Créer et gérer des registres d'interface assurant la traçabilité des livrables de conception.

Coordonner avec les équipes de conception, les planificateurs de tests et les ingénieurs systèmes pour résoudre les conflits d'interface.
-
Assurer la conformité avec les normes d'ingénierie système (ISO/IEC) et les cadres de sécurité ferroviaire (EN50126//).
-
Développer des plans de gestion des interfaces alignés sur la gouvernance du projet.

Identifier et gérer les risques liés aux interfaces et soutenir les activités de vérification et de validation.

Faciliter l'engagement et la négociation des parties prenantes dans des environnements multi-contrats.
Compétences Essentielles

Expertise en gestion d'interface, y compris la planification et l'exécution de stratégies d'interface pour des projets ferroviaires multidisciplinaires.

Connaissance des systèmes ferroviaires avec une expérience pratique de l'intégration des sous-systèmes de traction, de signalisation et de communication.

Coordination des parties prenantes, capable d'aligner plusieurs entrepreneurs et équipes techniques.

Vérification et validation, et programmant des tests liés aux interfaces dans les plans V&V.

Maîtrise des outils et des normes, y compris DOORS, Primavera, MS Project et familiarité avec les normes ISO15288 et EN50126//.
Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications

10+ ans d'expérience dans l'ingénierie des systèmes ferroviaires, avec au moins 5 ans consacrés à la gestion d'interface.

Expérience en documentation d'interface et traçabilité.

Engagement des parties prenantes à travers 10+ groupes de parties prenantes ou entrepreneurs.

Exécution de vérification et validation pour au moins 3 phases de test d'intégration majeures.

ISO15288 Lifecycle Processes et normes de sécurité ferroviaire - Connaissance de EN50126//.
-
Gestion de la configuration et exposition aux normes INCOSE SE Handbook et CENELEC.
Environnement De Travail
L'ingénieur gestionnaire d'interface fera partie de l'équipe d'ingénierie des systèmes et d'intégration, qui soutient les chefs de l'ingénierie des systèmes, les ingénieurs en signalisation et télécommunications et les spécialistes de la coordination civile et MEP. Cette équipe opère sous le flux de travail d'intégration du projet, en collaboration étroite avec les consultants en conception.

Job Title: Interface Engineer
Job Description
As an Interface Manager Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing technical interfaces across multi-disciplinary railway projects. Your primary responsibility is to ensure seamless integration between civil works, MEP systems, signaling, telecom, rolling stock, and operational systems while maintaining compliance with industry standards and project governance.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) defining functional, physical, and environmental characteristics.

Create and manage Interface Registers ensuring traceability to design deliverables.
-
Coordinate with design teams, test planners, and system engineers to resolve interface conflicts.
-
Ensure compliance with system engineering standards (ISO/IEC) and railway safety frameworks (EN50126//).
-
Develop Interface Management Plans aligned with project governance.
-
Identify and manage interface-related risks and support verification and validation activities.
-
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and negotiation in multi-contract environments.
Essential Skills
-
Expertise in interface management, including planning and executing interface strategies for multi-disciplinary rail projects.

Knowledge of railway systems with hands-on experience in integrating traction power, signaling, and communication subsystems.

Stakeholder coordination with the ability to engage and align multiple contractors and technical teams.
-
Verification and validation skills, defining and scheduling interface-related tests within V&V plans.
-
Proficiency with tools and standards, including DOORS, Primavera, MS Project, and familiarity with ISO15288 and EN50126// standards.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in rail systems engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to interface management.

Experience in interface documentation and traceability.
-
Led stakeholder engagement across 10+ stakeholder groups or contractors.

Executed verification and validation activities for at least 3 major integration test phases.

ISO15288 Lifecycle Processes and railway safety standards - Knowledge of EN50126//.

Configuration management experience and exposure to INCOSE SE Handbook and CENELEC standards.
Work Environment
The Interface Manager will be part of the Systems Engineering and Integration Team, which supports Systems Engineering Leads, Signaling and Telecom Engineers, and Civil and MEP Coordination Specialists. This team operates under the Project Integration Workstream, collaborating closely with design consultants.
