Collaborating closely with the Division Director, you will lead teams in developing and implementing evidence-based clinical practices that align with established standards and quality improvement principles.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education)
- 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
- 3 years of experience in clinical practice development, quality, or education
- Active RN License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Nursing or DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice)
Salary Range by Location:
Oregon: Min: $59.39, Max: $93.75
Texas: Min: $45.30, Max: $71.51
Washington: Min: $52.85, Max: $83.42
