Clinical Program Manager - Registered Nurse Hybrid. Candidates residing in Portland, OR, Spokane, WA, or Lubbock, TX are encouraged to apply.
As a Clinical Program Manager RN, you will work closely with the Division Director to enhance nursing practice, drive quality initiatives, and promote clinical improvements across our division. You will lead teams to develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices utilizing research findings and quality improvement principles. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree in Nursing (Practice or Education)
- 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting
- 3 years of experience in clinical practice development, quality, or education
- Active RN License for WA, OR, or TX
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Nursing or DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice)

Texas: Min: $45.30, Max: $71.51
Washington: Eastern: Min: $52.85, Max: $83.42
