Quality Technician

Our client, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing quality assurance team, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring product excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $20 to $22

What's the Job?

• Perform standardized quality control checks to ensure products meet safety, accuracy, and performance standards.

• Maintain calibrated test equipment and prepare detailed inspection documentation.

• Identify opportunities for quality improvement through thorough analysis and reporting.

• Support control of non-conformances, Material Review Board (MRB) processes, and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).

• Conduct inspections for Shipping and Receiving, and participate in internal audits and customer quality reviews.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or quality control role.

• Familiarity with sheet metal operations and ISO 9001 standards is highly desirable.

• Ability to read and interpret product specifications, blueprints, and technical documents.

• Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, height gauges, and tape measures, and experience with measurement equipment like CMM or Faro Arm is a plus.
