We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead, manage, and oversee commercial and residential plumbing projects. The Foreman will supervise crews, ensure high-quality installations, maintain compliance with safety standards, and represent the company as a professional leader on every job site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise crews of plumbers, apprentices, helpers, and subcontractors to complete projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities, ensuring work follows drawings, specifications, and building codes.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water lines, sanitary sewer, storm lines, pumps, water heaters, mixing valves, fixtures, and carriers.
  • Perform and oversee complex tasks such as cutting openings in structures and verifying installation accuracy.
  • Maintain construction documents, including "as-built" drawings and daily project reports.
  • Accurately order, track, and manage jobsite materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, company, customer, and project safety standards.
  • Use company technology/apps to complete timecards, safety reports, scheduling, and job documentation.
  • Act as the primary on-site representative.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and trade partners.
  • Mentor, train, and coach crew members to improve quality, productivity, and safety performance.
  • Communicate effectively with field supervisors, management, customers, and trade partners to resolve project issues.
