Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant position available in the Wixom, Michigan area.
This is a temporary project assignment estimated to last two months. Continued length will be based on needs. Pay rate is $20.00 an hour. Hours will be: Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Tasks for the Accounting Assistant position include:
-Office Admin/Light Accounts Receivable
-Invoicing & data entry (invoicing customer portals)
-Emailing invoice packets/paperwork
-Taking credit card payments
-Utilize D365, Office and Outlook

Requirements for Accounting Assistant:
-Previous A/R experience
-Office/administrative experience
-Candidate needs to be detail oriented and be comfortable on a computer
-Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
